ถ้า “ผู้จะซื้อสิทธิสัญญา” ไม่ชำระเงินตามกำหนดเวลาในสัญญาข้อ 2. ให้ถือว่า “ผู้จะซื้อสิทธิสัญญา” เป็นฝ่ายผิดสัญญานี้อันมีผลให้สัญญานี้เลิกกันไปทันที โดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
