บริษัทฯ ได้มุ่งพัฒนาความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของปริมาณการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ ทั้งสินค้าขาเข้า สินค้าขาออก และสินค้าถ่ายลำ ตลอดจนเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้แผนการดำเนินงานด้านต่างๆ ตามระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 : 2000 อย่างต่อเนื่อง ณ อาคารสินค้าเขตปลอดอากร ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 152,000 ตารางเมตร ประกอบด้วย อาคารสินค้าภายในประเทศ มีพื้นที่ 17,601 ตารางเมตร สามารถรองรับปริมาณสินค้าได้ 88,500 ตันต่อปี และอาคารสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ มีพื้นที่ 95,284 ตารางเมตร สามารถรองรับปริมาณสินค้าได้ 1,260,000 ตันต่อปี
โดยจัดแบ่งพื้นที่ออกเป็น 4 ส่วนหลักๆ ประกอบด้วย ส่วนบริการสินค้าสำหรับการบินไทยและสายการบินพันธมิตร มีพื้นที่
30,000 ตารางเมตร ส่วนบริการสินค้าสำหรับสายการบินลูกค้า มีพื้นที่ 25,000 ตารางเมตร ส่วนบริการสินค้าเร่งด่วน มีพื้นที่ 5,952 ตารางเมตร และส่วนบริการสินค้าสดและผลไม้ มีพื้นที่ 10,000 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เตรียมขยายพื้นที่ด้านข้างอาคารสินค้าระหว่างประเทศอีก 6,450 ตารางเมตร เพื่อรองรับปริมาณสินค้าที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องของสายการบินลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ 77 สายการบิน และสายการบินอื่นๆ ที่จะมาขอรับบริการ

สนองตอบความต้องการของผู้นำเข้าสินค้าเร่งด่วน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสินค้าเร่งด่วนส่งออกได้จัดให้มีช่องทางพิเศษสำหรับ

บริษัทฯ ได้จัดตั้งศูนย์บริการสินค้าสดและผลไม้ ซึ่งได้ติดตั้งระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิเต็มพื้นที่ มีห้องเย็นที่สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนอุณหภูมิได้ตามประเภทแต่ละชนิดของสินค้า โดยเน้นการรักษาคุณภาพและความสดของสินค้า ด้วยการควบคุมอุณหภูมิอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Cool Chain) เริ่มจากการรับสินค้าเข้า การเคลื่อนย้าย รวมถึงการส่งสินค้าออก เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าทางการเกษตร สินค้าพิเศษ และสินค้าที่ต้องควบคุมอุณหภูมิ เช่น ยาและเวชภัณฑ์ เป็นต้น ได้รับการควบคุมอุณหภูมิตามที่กำหนด จึงรักษาสินค้าให้คงสภาพดีตั้งแต่สถานีต้นทางจนถึงสถานีปลายทาง
บริษัทฯ จัดให้มีการบริการลูกค้าในโครงการ Excellent Cargo Care Project ที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกเป็นพิเศษให้กับผู้นำเข้าหรือลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยเฉพาะในการดำเนินการพิธีการศุลกากรระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไร้เอกสาร (e-Paperless)
เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้นำเข้าหรือลูกค้าในการส่งข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมศุลกากร จึงดำเนินการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
