บริหารงานของโรงงานสุราษฎร์ธานี ในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ให้สอดคล้องตามแผนธุรกิจ และนโยบายของฝ่ายบริหาร ทั้งในด้านปริมาณ คุณภาพ และต้นทุนที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งบริหารจัดการด้านอาชีวอนามัย สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของโรงงานสุราษฎร์ให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

คุณสมบัติที่ตำแหน่งงานต้องการ:

การศึกษา/ประสบการณ์

• ปริญญาตรีวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในงานผลิตอุตสาหกรรมอาหารเครื่องดื่มมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี รวมทั้งมีประสบการณ์ในงานตำแหน่งบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

ความรู้และทักษะ

• มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะในการบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน
• มีความสามารถในการวางแผน บริหารโครงการ ติดตามงาน และตัดสินใจอย่างเป็นระบบ
• สามารถสื่อสารและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• รู้ข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น ISO 9000, มอก.18001, GMP/HACCP, มรท.8001 รวมทั้งกิจกรรมเพิ่มผลผลิตต่างๆ
• ทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และภาษาอังกฤษในขั้นใช้งานได้
