การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความวิตกกังวลในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวันกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคคลทั่วไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและนักศึกษาฝึกงานในบริษัท การท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีทั้งหมด 3 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
