เรื่อง ขอยกเลิกสัญญาการเช่า พื้นที่สำนักงาน
เรียน Mr.Yuichi Morita กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท โตโย โลจิสติกส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด
เนื่องด้วยบริษัท ฮิตาชิ ทรานสปอร์ต ซิสเต็ม แวนเทค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มีความประสงค์ขอยกเลิกสัญญาการเช่าสำนักงาน ของบริษัท โตโย โลจิสติกส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด
สัญญาเช่าเลขที่ TLT-PLC-15014001/2015 โดยมีสัญญาเช่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 มกราคม 2558 จนถึงวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2559 เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปีนั้น
ซึ่งสาเหตุความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกการใช้บริการสำนักงาน เนื่องจากได้รับคำสั่งจากบริษัทแม่ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ให้รวมสาขา เข้ากันกับบริษัทแม่ในประเทศไทย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ระบบการทำงานที่ต่อเนื่องและสะดวกรวดเร็ว พร้อมทั้งมีความจำเป็นต้องลดค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนต่างๆ ลง ตามสภาพเศรษฐกิจ ณ ปัจจุบัน
ทั้งนี้ มีผลบังคับสิ้นสุดการใช้บริการเช่าสำนักงาน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป และทางบริษัทจะทำการชำระค่าเช่าของเดือนพฤศจิกายน-ธันวาคม 2558 เดือนละ 5000 บาท เนื่องจากไม่มีพนักงานประจำอยู่ที่สำนักงาน
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ และโปรดดำเนินการให้ความสะดวกในการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินออกจากพื้นที่ดังกล่าว พร้อมทั้งขอรับค่ามัดจำคืนตามระยะเวลาด้วย จักขอบคุณยิ่ง
