Thiswork aimed to separate ACE inhibitory peptides from tilapia
protein hydrolysate by UF. The effect of membrane MWCO on
ACE inhibitory peptide separation was studied to select the most
suitable MWCO. The impacts of process parameters including
TMP and CFV on permeate flux, and ACE inhibitory activities were
also studied. In addition, the influences of gas–liquid two-phase
flow on permeate flux and ACE inhibitory peptides activities were
investigated.
