วัตถุประสงค์การทำวิจัย เพื่อสร้างชุดการสอนวิชากฎหมายก่อสร้าง เพื่อจัดทำสื่อการสอนเกี่ยวกับวิชากฎหมายก่อสร้าง และเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ทางด้านกฎหมายก่อสร้าง ซึ่งเป็นวิจัยแบบสอบถามประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 2 ท่าน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญวิทยาลัยเทคนิคลำพูน จำนวน 1 ท่าน และนักศึกษาสาขาช่างก่อสร้าง ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) จำนวน 35 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาในชุดแผนการสอนวิชากฎหมายก่อสร้าง และผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอข้อมูลที่ได้วิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
