โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประส่งเพื่อพัฒนาระบบบำรุงรักษา กรณีศึกษา อุตสาหกรรมห้องเย็น เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ แบบฟอร์มระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันของคอมเพรสเซอร์ (Compressor)และคอยล์เย็น (Evaporator) ภายในอุตสาหกรรมห้องเย็น เนื่องจากจุดประสงค์หลักของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสินค้าส่วนใหญ่ที่ได้จะต้องผ่านการทำงานของเครื่องจักรก่อนจำหน่าย ซึ่งเครื่องจักรอาจจะเกิดเหตุขัดข้องบ่อยครั้ง ทำให้กระบวนการผลิตต้องหยุดการทำงาน เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงและเสียเวลาในการรอคอย นอกจากนี้จะต้องมีการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อศึกษาและข้อมูลสำหรับทำการวางแผนการซ่อมบำรุงให้กับโรงงาน จึงไดัทำการออกแบบ แบบฟอร์มที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลและตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรขึ้นมา เพื่อจะทำให้โรงงานตัวอย่างนี้มีระบบแบบแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันมากยิ่งขึ้น
