Shi Nu Lock is an annual festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City. And several cities in the southern Philippines. The festival is a celebration to commemorate the saint Santo Ninoy (Santo Nino) as well as to celebrate the acceptance of Catholicism. The main line of work is a parade on the streets, participants must wear bright colors dance to the beat of drums, trumpets, and native gongs.
