เรื่อง การเลือกใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ตามมาตรการเร่งรัดการลงทุน สำหรับโครงการที่ยื่นขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2557 ซึ่งได้รับบัตรส่งเสริมภายในวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2558 และเป็นกิจการที่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์การยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล ท่านสามารถเลือกรับสิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมตามมาตรการของกระทรวงการคลัง หรือมาตรการของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุนได้เพียงอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง โดยถ้าท่านเลือกรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกระทรวงการคลังจะต้องจดแจ้งการขอใช้สิทธิภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 และเมื่อจดแจ้งแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงภายหลังได้

ทั้งนี้ การจดแจ้งการขอใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ของกระทรวงการคลัง สามารถดำเนินการผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ http://privilege.boi.go.th โดยใช้เลขทะเบียนนิติบุคคลหรือเลขที่บัตรส่งเสริม และรหัสผ่านที่สำนักงานได้จัดส่งให้ทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียน ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558
