ภายในอาคารแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำรวบรวมพันธุ์ ปลาน้ำจืด ปลาสวยงามและพันธุ์ปลาหายาก เอาไว้ให้ประชาชนได้ศึกษา

แบ่งเป็น 2 อาคาร
อาคารแสดงสัตว์น้ำหลังที่ 1
จัดแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำจืดและสัตว์น้ำเค็ม ทั้งพันธุ์ปลาไทย และพันธุ์ปลาต่างประเทศกว่า 50 ชนิด เช่น ปลาบึก ปลากระโห้ ปลาม้า ปลากราย ปลาช่อนงูเห่า ปลาเสือตอ เป็นต้น อาคารแสดงสัตว์น้ำหลังที่ 2
ประกอบด้วยตู้ปลาขนาดใหญ่สวยงาม บรรจุน้ำได้กว่า 400 ลูกบาศก์เมตร และมีอุโมงค์ความยาวประมาณ 8.5 เมตร ผู้ชมสามารถเดินลอดผ่านใต้ตู้ปลา ได้บรรยากาศเหมือนอยู่ใกล้สัตว์น้ำ ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นอุโมงค์ปลาน้ำจืดแห่งแรก ของประเทศไทย มีนักประดาน้ำหญิงสาธิตการให้อาหารปลา นอกจากนั้นโดยรอบยังมีตู้ปลาน้ำจืดอีก 30 ตู้ และตู้ปลาทะเลสวยงามอีก 7 ตู้
