การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านโนนบาก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบัวงาม อำเภอบุณฑริก จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านโนนบาก จำนวน 88 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านโนนบาก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบัวงาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านโนนบาก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบัวงาม อำเภอบุณฑริก จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.70) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดตามลำดับ ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารงาน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชนและภาคส่วน ( = 3.99) การมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารงาน อาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ( = 3.77 ) การมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารงานด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ( = 3.65 ) การมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารงานบุคลากร ( = 3.60) และการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหาร วิชาการ และกิจกรรม ตามหลักสูตร ( = 3.58 )
