วันกีฬาสีของโรงเรียนมารีวิทย์ได้จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 9 มกราคม ก่อนถึงวันกีฬาสี1วัน ไม่มีการเรียนการสอนจะให้เวลานักเรียนและครูได้ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันก็คือช่วยกันจัดซุ้มสีก่อนที่จะถึงวันกีฬาสี พวกเชียร์หลีดเดอร์ก็จะมีการซ้อมกันอย่างหนักเพื่อที่จะแข่งขันกับสีอื่น
ในตอนเช้าก็จะมีการเดินขบวนของแต่ละสี
