เบื้องต้นเมื่อครบกำหนดติดตาม covenant , CM จะต้องติดตามให้ RM ตามกับลูกค้าว่าสามารถปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดได้หรือไม่
และถ้าหากทราบผลการติดตามจาก RM ว่าลูกค้ายังไม่เริ่มปฏิบัติหรือยังไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามได้ ก็จะกำชับให้ RM ทำหนังสือขออนุมัติผ่อนผันต่อผู้มีอำนาจต่อไป
