บทคัดย่อ
การประเมินหลักสูตรครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ประเมินหลักสูตรครุศาสตร มหาบัณฑิต (ปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน ในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านผลผลิต ด้านผลกระทบ ด้านประสิทธิผล ด้านความยั่งยืน และด้านการถ่ายโยงความรู้ และ 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนา หลักสูตรครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (ปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน โดยใช้แนวคิดการประเมินหลักสูตรตามรูปแบบ CIPP Model ของ Daniel L.Stufflebeam มาประยุกต์ใช้ ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านผลผลิต ด้านผลกระทบ ด้านประสิทธิผล ด้านความยั่งยืน และด้านการถ่ายโยงความรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการประเมินหลักสูตร ได้แก่ บัณฑิต 7 คน นักศึกษา 29 คน ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตผู้ใช้บัณฑิต 7 คน ผู้สอน/กรรมการที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ จำนวน 7 คน และ คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ มี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สำหรับผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. ข้อมูลทั่วไปของกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการประเมินหลักสูตรครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (ปรับปรุง
พ.ศ. 2555) สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน พบว่า บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 85.7 และ เพศชาย ร้อยละ 14.3 มีสถานภาพในการศึกษาโดยจบการศึกษา ร้อยละ 100 โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้ระยะเวลาในการศึกษา 2 ปี ร้อยละ 100 นักศึกษา พบว่า เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 86.2 และเพศชาย 4 คน ร้อยละ 13.8 ส่วนใหญ่กำลังศึกษาในระดับชั้นปีที่ 1 ร้อยละ 75.9 รองลงมาได้แก่ ชั้นปีที่ 3 ร้อยละ 13.8 อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ พบว่า เป็นเพศชายร้อยละ 57.14 และ เพศหญิง ร้อยละ 42.86 สอนในหมวดวิชาสัมพันธ์มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.14 รองลงมาคือหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้าน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.86 มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนและกรรมการตรวจสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ ไม่เกิน 5 ปี ร้อยละ 42.86 รองลงมา คือ 6-10 ปี ร้อยละ 28.57 และ 11-15 ปี ร้อยละ 14.32 บทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องมากที่สุด คืออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ร้อยละ 42.86 รองลงมาคือกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร ร้อยละ 28.57 และ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร ร้อยละ 14.32 คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร พบว่า เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 20.00 และ เพศหญิง 4 คน ร้อยละ 80.00 และมีตำแหน่ง อาจารย์ มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 80.00 รองลงมาคือ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ร้อยละ 20.00
2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินหลักสูตรครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและ
การสอนในภาพรวม ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านผลผลิต ด้านผลกระทบ ด้านประสิทธิผล ด้านความยั่งยืนและด้านการถ่ายโยงความรู้ สรุปได้ดังนี้
2.1 ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอนที่ได้จากบัณฑิต นักศึกษา ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก โดยนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในสูงสุด ส่วนผู้ใช้บัณฑิตและอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน
2.2 ผลการประเมินด้านบริบท พบว่า ภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิต นักศึกษา และ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มีความคิดเห็นต่อ การประเมินหลักสูตรด้านบริบท โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดย บัณฑิต มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ และ นักศึกษา ตามลำดับ เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงที่สุด คือ ความเหมาะสมของจำนวนหน่วยกิตทั้งหมดของหลักสูตร และข้อที่ต่ำที่สุด คือ หลักสูตรสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการกำลังคนของท้องถิ่น และประเทศ นอกจากนี้ บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นว่ารายวิชาทุกวิชามีความเหมาะสม ส่วนอาจารย์ผู้สอนเห็นว่า รายวิชาที่ควรปรับปรุงมี 4 รายวิชา คือ102611 การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ 102662 การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน และ 102672 เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนการสอน และ 600511 ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับบัณฑิตศึกษาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.30
2.3 ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า พบว่า ภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิต นักศึกษา และ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มีความคิดเห็นต่อ การประเมินหลักสูตรด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยนักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ บัณฑิตและ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ตามลำดับ เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงที่สุด คือ คุณวุฒิ ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ผลงานทางวิชาการและผลงานวิจัยของอาจารย์มีศักยภาพที่เหมาะสม และข้อที่ต่ำที่สุด คือ ผู้เรียนมีพื้นฐานที่เหมาะสมกับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท
2.4 ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า ภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิต นักศึกษา และ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มีความคิดเห็นต่อ การประเมินหลักสูตรด้านกระบวนการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ดยบัณฑิต มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ นักศึกษาและ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร/อาจารย์ผู้สอน/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ตามลำดับ เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงที่สุด คือ การจัดระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิชาการและที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิ
