สำหรับกรณีที่พนักงานได้รับการร้องขอและได้รับการอนุมัติจากบริษัท ให้ทำงานล่วงเวลาต่อจากเวลาทำงานปกติไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง พนักงานดังกล่าวมีสิทธิหยุดพักได้ 30 นาที หลังจากเวลาทำงานปกติ โดยเวลาพักดังกล่าวไม่นับรวมในการทำงานล่วงเวลาเพื่อการคำนวณค่าล่วงเวลา หรือค่าล่วงเวลาในวันหยุด
