จากการ External Audit ผลสรุป CAR มีจำนวน 2 CAR ได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว โดยมีข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ของ OHSAS 18001 มีดังนี้
1). ข้อกำหนด 4.4.6 Operational control
พบมีการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา คือ การตัดปรับปรุงท่อนำอากาศเสียไปยัง Air Bag Filter House เพื่อติดตั้ง Booster Fan ของ ECO-ARC ซึ่งงานได้ติดตั้งแล้วเสร็จเดือนตุลาคม 2555 โดยผู้บริการ คือ CMAX แต่ไม่พบว่ามีการออกใบอนุญาตทำงาน (OH&S-FM-HSE-007) และไม่พบการตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา และลงบันทึกในแบบ
8.1การตรวจติดตาม โดย BVQI จะมีการตรวจติดตามภายนอก ครั้งที่ 2/2556 วันจันทร์ ที่ 21 ตุลาคม เวลา 09.00 น.- 17.00 น.
