** วิธีทำ
1.หมักไก่ด้วยซีอิ้วขาวประมาณ 30 นาที
2.ผสมแป้งทอดกรอบกับน้ำเย็น
3.นำไก่ชุบด้วยไข่ แล้วชุบด้วยแป้งที่ผสมไว้ หลังจากนั้นมาคลุกแป้งที่ไม่ผสมน้ำอีกครั้ง นำลงทอดในน้ำมันที่ร้อนจัด พอเหลืองกรอบ ตักขึ้นพักไว้
3.หั่นไก่เป็นชิ้นเล็ก โรยผงฮอทแอนด์สไปซี่ คลุกเคล้าให้ทั่ว แล้วใส่น้ำปลา น้ำตาล ข้าวคั่ว ต้นหอม ผักชีฝรั่ง หอมแดง ใบสะระแหน่ คลุกส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน ตักใส่จาน
