อุโมงค์ปิยะมิตร อยู่ที่บ้านปิยะมิตร 1 ตำบลตะเนาะแมเราะ ใช้เส้นทางเดียวกับบ่อน้ำร้อนและน้ำตกอินทสร แต่อยู่เลยบ่อน้ำร้อนไปอีก 4 กิโลเมตร บริเวณนี้เป็นหมู่บ้านของผู้ร่วมพัฒนาชาติไทย เดิมเคยเป็นฐานที่มั่นของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์มลายา (เขต 2)อุโมงค์แห่งนี้สร้างขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2519 เป็นอุโมงค์คดเคี้ยวเข้าไปในภูเขายาวประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ความกว้างประมาณ 50-60 ฟุต ใช้เวลาในการขุด 3 เดือน มีทางเข้าออกหลายทาง ใช้เป็นที่หลบภัยทางอากาศและสะสมเสบียง บริเวณนี้จัดให้มีนิทรรศการแสดงภาพประวัติศาสตร์ รวมทั้งวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตภายในป่า ปัจจุบันเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจมากอีกแห่งหนึ่งของเบตง เปิดให้เข้าชมเวลา 8.00 น-16.30 น.
