การเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามนักเรียน นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษานครศรีธรรมราชที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวันตรุษจีน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 80 ฉบับ สอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในวันตรุษจีน ความรู้ที่ได้รับในวันตรุษจีน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียน นักศึกษา ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวันตรุษจีนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมวันตรุษจีน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างพอใจและผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจ จำแนกตามปัจจัยของแต่ละบุคคล ในความพึงพอใจกับกิจกรรมวันตรุษจีน พบว่านักศึกษาเพศชายและเพศหญิงมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมวันตรุษจีนมาก
