2.เทศบาลไม่มีแหล่งกำจัดขยะเนื่องจากสาเหตุข้อแรก เพราะไม่รู้ว่าจะชี้แจงยังไงให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่เข้าใจ จึงต้องนำขยะไปทิ้งในพื้นที่ห่างไกล นอกพื้นที่ ในป่า สถานที่รกร้าง สร้างปัญหาให้กับชุมชนในพื้นที่นั้นๆตามมา
