Maintain and manage directory service
Maintain and troubleshoot of desktop/ laptop/ printer
Monitor network security and alerts.
Monitor software applications
Installation software and program as requested
Diagnostic, troubleshoot, escalate incidents to related teams

Requirements:

Thai Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields
Minimum 2 years experience in IT field
Solid undestanding in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems (Windows 9x/2000/XP/Vista/7/Linux) and Network Infrastructure.
Good understading in directory service i.e. Active Directory
Able to troubleshoot and solve basic computer and network problems.
Good customer service skills
Enthusiastic and work hard
