การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของคาเฟอีนของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 3ส่วนคือส่วนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบข้อมูลทั่วไป ส่วนที่ 2พฤติกรรมการบริโภคผลิตภัณฑ์จากเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของคาเฟอีน ส่วนที่ 3 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของคาเฟอีนผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของคาเฟอีนร้อยละชั้นปีที่ 2 ร้อยละ ชั้นปีที่ 3 ร้อยละ และชั้นปีที่ 4 ร้อยละ
