ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านหนองปู สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบงตัน อำเภอดอยเต่า จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
