Project Manager

Development Manager
• ระบุความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ ของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมตามลำดับความสำคัญต่อ PM
• จัดการกับความเสี่ยงเบื้องต้น และขอการอนุมัติจาก PM
• ติดตาม ความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นหรือยังไม่เกิดขึ้น
Planing Manager
• ระบุความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ ของการวางแผนโครงการตามลำดับความสำคัญต่อ PM
• จัดการกับความเสี่ยงเบื้องต้น และขอการอนุมัติจาก PM
• ติดตาม ความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นหรือยังไม่เกิดขึ้น
Quality/Process Manager
