ในช่วงปิดเทอมที่ผ่านมา ผมได้ไปฝึกงานที่บริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง บริษัทแห่งนี้มีเป้าหมายและกลยุทธ์ที่ดี แต่ละแผนกมีการแบ่งความรับผิดชอบกันอย่างชัดเจน บริษัทมีการจ่ายสวัสดิการให้แก่พนักงานที่ทำงานดี ผมได้ทำงานอยู่ในแผนกฝึกอบรม เวลามีการอบรมผมต้องออกแบบป้ายเพื่อเชิญให้พนักงานเข้าอบรม
