บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมและความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการส้วมสาธารณะของประชาชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการส้วมสาธารณะ ความพึงพอใจตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล คือ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และสถานภาพ โดยวิธีการสำรวจและการใช้แบบสอบถาม แบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) พฤติกรรมในการใช้บริการส้วมสาธารณะ 3) ความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการส้วมสาธารณะ ด้านความสะอาดของส้วมสาธารณะ ด้านความสะดวกสบายของการใช้ส้วมสาธารณะ ด้านความปลอดภัยภายในห้องส้วม และด้านบรรยากาศของส้วมสาธารณะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนทั่วไปที่มาใช้บริการส้วมสาธารณะในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 12 สถานที่ รวมทั้งสิ้น 180 คน โดยใช้วิธีกาสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยวิธีทดสอบความแปรปรวน (ANOVA)
