ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากผู้ช่วยเหลือคนไข้ส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิงกร้อยละก92.7กมีอายุ อยู่ในช่วงก34 - 45 ปีกร้อยละ 48.8 มีดัชนีมวลกายสมส่วน ร้อยละ 42.3 มีการศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช./ปวส.กร้อยละ 57.7กสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 66.7 ส่วนใหญ่แล้วมีรายได้เฉลี่ยก5,000ก–ก10,000กบาทต่อเดือนกร้อยละ 76.4กไม่เคยสูบบุหรี่ก ร้อยละ 95.1 ไม่เคยดื่มแอลกอฮอล์กร้อยละก91.1กมีประวัติการเจ็บป่วยหรือโรคประจำตัว ร้อยละ 30.1 การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลพบว่ามีการใช้ ร้อยละ 95.9 แผนกการทำงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกกร้อยละ 15.4กมีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานก1 – 39กปี และในรอบก12 เดือนพบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานร้อยละก25.2
