การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตวิทยาลัยการศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการให้บริการของวิทยาลัยการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา 2 ด้าน คือ ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน และความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของคณะ/สานัก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ วิทยาลัยการศึกษา จำนวน 84 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตวิทยาลัยการศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการให้บริการของวิทยาลัยการศึกษา พบว่า นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อมหาวิทยาลัย โดยรวม และรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก
2. นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการให้บริการของวิทยาลัยการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ และสื่อ/เอกสารและอุปกรณ์ อาจารย์ผู้สอน การให้บริการทั่วไป ตามลาดับ
