นาซิ เลอมัก (NasiLemak)อาหารยอดนิยมของประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยนาซิ เลอมัก จะเป็นข้าวหุงกับกะทิ และใบเตยทานพร้อมเครื่องเคียง 4 อย่าง ได้แก่ ปลากะตักทอดกรอบ แตงกวาหั่น ไข่ต้มสุกและถั่วอบ ซึ่งนาซิ เลอมักแบบดั้งเดิมจะห่อด้วยใบตอง และมักทานเป็นอาหารเช้าแต่ในปัจจุบัน กลายเป็นอาหารยอดนิยมที่ทานได้ทุกมื้อและแพร่หลายในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอีกหลายแห่ง เช่น สิงคโปร์และภาคใต้ของไทยด้วย


ส่วนผสมแกงไก่

-น่องไก่ -น้ำพริกแกงกะหรี่ -กะทิ -น้ำมันรำข้าว -หอมใหญ่

-กระเทียม -หอมแดง -เกลือ -น้ำตาลทราย -น้ำมะขามเปียก
