การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบการศึกษาภาษาอังกฤษจากเว็บไซต์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาและเพื่อศึกษาวิธีการสอนของติวเตอร์ในเว็บไซด์และต้องการทราบความสนใจของนิสิตมหาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ นิสิตระดับชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามการใช้เว็บไซด์เรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตเลือกเข้าเว็บไซด์ที่ติวเตอร์ใช้เทคนิกการสอนที่น่าสนใจและทันสมัยซึ่งต่างจากการสอนแบบท่องจำและสามารถใช้ทักษะการ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้อย่างครบถ้วน
