(2) เมื่อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรมศุลกากรตรวจสอบข้อมูลในใบขนสินค้าขาออกส่งมาถูกต้องครบถ้วนแล้ว จะออกเลขที่ใบขนสินค้าขาออกและตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขต่างๆที่กรมศุลกากรกำหนดไว้ เพื่อจัดกลุ่มใบขนสินค้าขาออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ดังต่อไปนี้และแจ้งกลับไปยังผู้ส่งออกหรือตัวแทน เพื่อจัดพิมพ์ใบขนสินค้า
