สมมติฐานการวิจัย
จากการศึกษาและประมวลเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องผู้วิจัยได้ตั้งสมมติฐานการวิจัยไว้ดังนี้
สมมติฐานที่ 1 ปัจจัยทางชีวะสังคม ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพรายได้คงเหลือเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรม การออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนคร
สมมติฐานที่ 2 ปัจจัยนำ ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกกำลังกาย ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับ การออกกำลังกาย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนคร
สมมติฐานที่ 3 ปัจจัยเอื้อ ได้แก่ นโยบายส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนครและทรัพยากรที่สนับสนุนการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพ (สถานที่/อุปกรณ์และเวลา) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนคร
สมมติฐานที่ 4 ปัจจัยเสริม ได้แก่ การได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการออกกำลังกายจากสื่อต่าง ๆ และการได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนคร
สมมติฐานที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวแปรจากปัจจัยทางชีวสังคม ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองสกลนคร ได้ดีกว่าการทำนายจากตัวแปรตัวใดตัวหนึ่งเพียงตัวเดียว
