There are a lot of phishing/financial frauds emails going around.
A few are details are listed below.
1) Email account / PC hacking
Such emails would be a fake warning that you space quota is exceeded Or fake invoices / notifications in xls or doc format Or You are asked to go online and update your details Or open any kind of attached file Zip, Rar or any other type of doc xls etc ,if you open this attachment it will automatically run the malware action in background.
In such cases do not click on any link in the body of the email.
Immediately let us know at IT-Desk.
2) Banking account hacking
You are asked to go online and update your details.
In such cases do not click on any link in the body of the email.
Immediately contact your local administrator or your service provider.
NEVER click on links in email (even if they are from known people) without investigating where the link is taking you. It is always possible that your friends / associate's email id has been hacked. If you place your mouse over the link it will show you actual link at the bottom.
IF IN DOUBT CONTACT OUR ADMINISTRATOR .(these all are farud people and they have make money through this fraud activity)
