มาตรา ๒ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศ
ในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
มาตรา ๓ ให้ยกเลิกความในมาตรา ๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓
ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน
