The evidence from this study emphasized the importance of a learning organization and to share in the enterprise. The innovation of knowledge particularly Organizational learning and knowledge sharing, found that the results and positive innovation, which allows officials to the Embassy. The management team is concerned with the environment of WTO. Organization of learning and sharing knowledge could be more important when the environmental conditions within and outside of the Organization, and change settings quickly, because such conditions may force the Organization, modify the manufacturing process of the product (service)
