บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการผลิตปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพด และผลของปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพดที่มีต่อสภาพดินและผลผลิตพืช ซึ่งทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้ปลูก ผักบุ้ง เพื่อนำมาทดสอบและใช้กับปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพด ว่ามีผลดีอย่างไรบ้าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การนำวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรมาใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อลดปัญหามลพิษสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการเผาตอซังข้าวโพด
เนื่องจากซังข้าวโพดแห้งและคุณค่าทางโภชนะต่ำ รวมทั้งมีเยื่อใยสูง ดังนั้นการศึกษาวิธีการและผลิตปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพดจึงเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการใช้ประโยชน์จากวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรการผลิตปุ๋ยหมักด้วย การให้ปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพด เพื่อปลูกผักบุ้ง ทำให้อินทรียวัตถุในดินมากกว่า และ มีแนวโน้มทำให้การเจริญเติบโตทางใบและส่วนประกอบอื่นๆของ ผักบุ้ง ที่ดีกว่าขณะที่ปล่อยให้ผักบุ้งโตขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติโดยไม่ใส่ปุ๋ยหมักจากซังข้าวโพด
