ตามที่บริษัท เอ็มซี เมทัลเซอร์วิสเอเชีย (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้ขอรับการส่งเสริมการลงทุน และได้รับการอนุมัติจากคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน ตามบัตรส่งเสริม เลขที่ 3008/ว/2549 ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2549 ประเภท 2.18 กิจการตัดและแปรรูปโลหะแผ่น (Coil Center) นับจากที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับส่งเสริมการลงทุนจนถึงปัจจุบัน (ระยะเวลาประมาณ 9 ปี) บริษัทฯ ไม่มีการแจ้งรายงาน หรือใช้สิทธิใด ๆ ที่แสดงตามบัตรฯ เนื่องจากการปฏิบัติจริงของบริษัทฯ ไม่เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนดตามบัตรส่งเสริมที่อ้างถึง บริษัทฯ จึงมีความประสงค์ที่จะขอยกเลิกบัตรส่งเสริมดังกล่าว และทางบริษัทฯ กำลังดำเนินการ เกี่ยวกับการยกเลิกบัตรส่งส่งเสริมฉบับนี้
บริษัทฯ จึงขอนำส่งจดหมายฉบับนี้ เพื่อขอให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน ได้ดำเนินการจัดทำหนังสืออนุมัติให้ใช้สิทธิและประโยชน์ยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล สำหรับรอบระยะเวลาบัญชี 1 เมษายน 2557 ถึง 31 มีนาคม 2558 ให้กับบริษัทฯ เพื่อใช้ประกอบการยื่อนภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล ประจำปีภาษี 2557 (ภงด. 50) กับกรมสรรพากรก่อน
ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะรีบดำเนินการจัดทำหนังสือเพื่อแจ้งยกเลิกบัตรส่งเสริมฉบับดังกล่าว และนำส่งให้กับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุนโดยเร็วที่สุด
