Abstract Quantitation of iron and calcium, which are available in three types of vegetables, including the Piper sarmentosum leaves her mother and the cassia. By using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer with analysis (AAS) analysis found that the iron found in the Piper sarmentosum is 196.1391 so the cassia is a 110.7864 and a mother she is a 92.2074, respectively. The analysis found that calcium, calcium is found in vegetables in the Piper sarmentosum is 1327.6309 so the mother is 1302.2469 and the cassia is 1135.6619, respectively.
