หลักการและเหตุผล
จิตอาสาคือ ผู้ที่มีจิตใจเป็นผู้ให้ อาจจะเป็นการให้สิ่งของ ให้เงิน ให้ความช่วยเหลือ
ด้วยกำลังแรงกาย แรงสมอง ซึ่งเป็นการเสียสละ สิ่งที่ตนเองมี แม้กระทั่งเวลา เพื่อเอื้อเฟื้อ
เผื่อแผ่ให้แก่ส่วนรวม
งานจิตอาสาเป็นอีกช่องทางหนึ่ง ในการพัฒนายกระดับจิตใจให้เยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่ให้มี
ความเข้าใจเอื้อเฟื้อ หันมาทำกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมมากขึ้น เพราะงานจิตอาสาเป็นสิ่งที่ให้
เยาวชนได้หันมาทำความเข้าใจในตนเองและสังคมเพิ่มมากขึ้น อันจะเห็นได้จากในปัจจุบัน
ปัญหาสังคมเริ่มทวีความรุนแรงมากขึ้น ทั้งทางครอบครัว ชุมชนและสังคม ดังนั้นหากไม่รีบ
แก้ไขให้ทันท่วงที สังคมก็จะตกอยู่ภายใต้ความสับสนวุ่นวาย ซึ่งไม่ใช่เรื่องดีนัก แต่การสร้าง
จิตสาธารณะให้เกิดขึ้นในหมู่เยาวชนได้มากเท่าไร สังคมแห่งการแบ่งปันเอื้ออาทรก็ยิ่งมีมาก
ขึ้นเท่านั้น นอกจากจะช่วยให้เยาวชนเหล่านี้ได้ปลดปล่อยพลังที่มีในตนเองแล้ว ยังเป็นการ
สร้างคุณลักษณะให้มีผลดีต่อสังคมอีกด้วย
ทางสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานก็ได้ตระหนักในเรื่องนี้ จึงได้ดำเนิน
โครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรมและพัฒนาเด็กไทยอย่างยั่งยืน กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมในสถานศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการไทยเข้มแข็ง 2555
( แผนฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจ ระยะที่ 2 : 2553-2555 ) และได้กำหนดให้โรงเรียนทุกแห่งในสำนักงาน
เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอยู่ภายใต้เครือข่ายคุณธรรม โดยมีโรงเรียนคุณธรรมชั้นนำที่คัดเลือกไว้
ในปีงบประมาณ 2550 เป็นโรงเรียนแม่ข่าย ทางโรงเรียนบ้านแม่นาเรือใต้ในฐานะที่เป็น
โรงเรียนแม่ข่าย จึงได้ตั้งโครงการนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อสนองนโยบายดังกล่าว



2. วัตถุประสงค์
2.1 ผลผลิต ( Outputs )
เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกในด้านจิตสาธารณะหรือจิตอาสาให้แก่นักเรียน และฝึกกิจกรรม
จิตสาธารณะอย่างต่อเนื่อง

นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะหรือจิตอาสาอย่างค่อนข้างถาวรหรือถาวร และมี

3. เป้าหมาย

นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4- 6 โรงเรียนแม่ข่ายจำนวน 1 โรง โรงเรียนที่ช่วยดำเนินการจำนวน 2 โรง และโรงเรียนเครือข่ายจำนวน 5 โรง รวมทั้งสิ้น 260 คน
3.2 เชิงคุณภาพ
นักเรียนทุกคนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจความเป็นนักเรียนจิตสาธารณะ และมีพฤติกรรม
จิตสาธารณะอย่างค่อนข้างถาวรหรือถาวร สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมได้เป็นสุข ตามหลัก
