กลุ่มฯ สมาคมฯ เสนอให้ติดป้ายแสดงข้อมูลเฉพาะ ณ จุดขาย หรือ โชว์รูม
แนวทางของ สศอ. คือ ผู้ผลิตกับผู้นำเข้า ต้องเป็นผู้ติดป้ายแสดงข้อมูล โดยจะติดที่รถทุกคัน ป้ายแสดงข้อมูล จะแบ่งตามประเภทรุ่นรถ (Type) ในระดับที่มีราคาแตกต่างกัน และติดที่จุดใดก็ได้ก่อนนำส่งรถให้กับผู้จำหน่าย (dealer)

ประเด็นที่ สศอ. จะไปสอบถาม สมอ. เพิ่มเติม
- ในกรณีที่ผู้ผลิต/ผู้นำเข้า ต้องการแจ้งค่า Manufacturer declare value ให้กับ สมอ. และต้องการที่จะใช้ผล CO2 ที่มีอยู่ของสมอ. โดยไม่ทำการทดสอบใหม่ เพื่อให้สมอ.ทำการรับรองตาม R101 จะสามารถทำได้หรือไม่
- ในกรณีที่ผู้ผลิตต้องการทดสอบรถเพิ่มเติม (Model 1 และ Model 2) โดยขอให้ สมอ.รับรองผล CO2 ตาม R101 (ไม่มี declared value) สามารถทำได้หรือไม่

สำหรับเรื่องที่ สศอ. เคยแจ้งว่า ถ้าผลทดสอบมีค่า CO2 ใกล้กับ limit ที่ 150 g/km หรือ 200 g/km สศอ. อาจจะขอให้มีการ witness test ทาง สศอ. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในประเด็นนี้เอาไว้ก่อน

การดำเนินการต่อไป
สศอ. จะเชิญผู้ประกอบการหารืออีกครั้ง และจะเริ่มทดลองระบบสำหรับการถ่ายโอนในเดือนมกราคม 2558
