โครงการพิเศษฉบับนี้นำเสนอการการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบการบันทึกเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระบบงานเดิม ออกแบบและพัฒนา ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น โดยใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องอ่านรหัสแท่งในการเก็บข้อมูลบุคลากรในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต และใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 และใช้ Microsoft Access 2007 เป็นฐานข้อมูลระบบ ซึ่งระบบที่พัฒนาสามารถสรุปผลแสดงเป็นรายงาน เรียกดูข้อมูลย้อนหลัง และมีรูปแบบที่มีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปอ้างอิงกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย
ผลที่ได้จากโครงการพิเศษนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่า การนำระบบการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย สวนดุสิตมาใช้ในการบันทึกการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีความถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ทดสอบจำนวน 10 คน พบว่าในด้านการสื่อสารและค้นหาข้อมูลมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.62 ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้กับบันทึกการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิตให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
