ข้อ 6 การโอนกรรมสิทธิ์   คู่สัญญ

 

  ข้อ 6 การโอนกรรมสิทธิ์

   คู่สัญญาตกลงทำการเปลี่ยนชื่อในสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายที่ผู้จะขายได้ทำไว้กับบริษัท อารียา พรอพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน)  ภายใน วันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2558 โดยให้ผู้จะซื้อเป็นผู้กำหนดวันเวลา และแจ้งให้ผู้จะขายทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 3 วัน

 

   ข้อ 7 ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนชื่อผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์

ผู้จะขายตกลงจะชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเพื่อเปลี่ยนสัญญาจากชื่อของผู้จะขาย เป็น ชื่อของผู้จะซื้อ จำนวน 15,000 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นห้าพันบาทถ้วน) และ ผู้จะซื้อตกลงจะชำระ จำนวน 5,000 บาท (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน)

 

ข้อ 8 การชำระเงินเพิ่มเติม และการเลิกสัญญา

   7.1 หากผู้จะซื้อไม่สามารถดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสัญญาจากชื่อของผู้จะขาย เป็น ชื่อของผู้จะซื้อ ภายในกำหนดเวลาตามข้อ 5 ได้ ผู้จะซื้อ ยินยอมให้ผู้จะขายเลิกสัญญา โดยไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำ

   7.2 หากผู้จะขายไม่สามารถจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดให้แก่ผู้จะซื้อภายในกำหนดเวลาตามข้อ 5 ได้ ผู้จะขายจะแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ก่อน 3 วัน

 

  ข้อ 9 เอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญา

คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงว่า บันทึกต่อท้ายสัญญา และบรรดาเอกสารใด ๆ ที่ได้มีการลงลายมือชื่อคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายให้ถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญาฉบับนี้

 

  ข้อ 10 สิ่งที่มิได้กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา

คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงว่า สิทธิและหน้าที่ของผู้จะซื้อและผู้จะขายที่มีต่อกันก็ดีหรือที่มีต่อบุคคลอื่นก็ดี นอกจากที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาฉบับนี้แล้วให้เป็นไปตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์และพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด พ.ศ. 2522 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
