ชนาธิป สรงกระสินธ์ เกิดเมื่อวันที่

ชนาธิป สรงกระสินธ์ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 5 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2536 ที่ตลาดสามพราน อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม[1] บิดาชื่อ ก้องภพ สรงกระสินธ์[2] เป็นผู้ที่สอนให้เขาเล่นฟุตบอลตั้งแต่อายุได้ 4 ขวบ และเล่นฟุตบอลอย่างจริงจังในขณะอยู่ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่โรงเรียนกีฬากรุงเทพมหานคร และย้ายมาศึกษาต่อที่โรงเรียนเพ็ญสมิทธิ์ในชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 หลังจบชั้นประถม ชนาธิปกลับจังหวัดนครปฐมเพื่อเข้ารับการศึกษาในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นจากโรงเรียนสามพรานวิทยา ในช่วงนี้เขาได้เล่นฟุตบอลเดินสายกับทีม ซีแอล ไฮสปีด ทีมฟุตบอลเดินสายชื่อดังในจังหวัดนครปฐม ร่วมกับรัชพล นาวันโน ที่ภายหลังกลายเป็นนักเตะทีมชาติไทยอีกคนหนึ่ง
