1. สตรอเบอร์รี่ 2. โยเกิร์ต

ขั้นตอนการทำ
1. นำสตรอเบอร์รี่ 2-3 ลูก ตามด้วยน้ำเชื่อม 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะและใส่น้ำแข็ง 1 แก้วลงในโถปั่น
2) พอใส่ส่วนผสมครบทั้งหมดใส่ผงเอ็นแอลเฟรปเป้ 2 ช้อนชา
3) ปั่นจนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันแล้วนำโยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติ 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ ใส่ลงในแก้วที่เตรียมไว้
4) หลังจากนั้นเทน้ำสตรอเบอร์รี่ที่ปั่นเสร็จแล้วใส่ลงทับกับโยเกิร์ตที่ใส่ไว้ตอนแรก
5) แต่งหน้าด้วยโยเกิร์ตอีกชั้น ตกแต่งหน้าให้ดูน่ารับประทานเป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย
