สิ่งที่คาดหวังจากการฝึกงานในครั้งนี้ ก็คือ เรียนรู้กระบวนการในการทำงานของโรงเเรมร่วมไปถึงบริการต่างๆ การฝึกงานในครั้งนี้ดิฉันหวังว่าจะทำให้บุคลิกภาพของดิฉันดีขึ้นมากว่าเดิม มีความกล้าเเสดงออกมากขึ้น ดิฉันเลยเลือกที่จะมาฝึกงานที่โรงเเเรม ซึ่งจากเมื่อตอนเวลาเรียน ก็จะได้เรียนในเรื่องทฤษฎีต่างๆ มากมาย เเล้ว แต่ก็เป็นเพียงในเรื่องของการท่องจำ เพราะไม่ได้ปฎิบัติจริง แต่ในบ้างเรื่องก็ยังไม่เข้าใจ อยากจะเห็นสภาพการในทำงานจริงว่าเป็นอย่างไร เพื่อที่จะได้เอื้อประโยชน์ในศึกษาเพิ่มมากขึ้น
