8. การรับประกัน การบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไข
ผู้ขาย จะต้องสัญญาว่าจะรับผิดชอบในการ เข้ามาดำเนินการ ตรวจข้อบกพร่อง/ซ่อมแซม/แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำแนะนำเทคนิค/ปัญหาในการใช้งานระบบกล้องถ่ายภาพย่านรังสีความร้อน (Infrared) สำหรับพัฒนาระบบตรวจการณ์ทางทะเลเมื่อได้รับแจ้งจาก สทป. เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร โดยเร็ว (อย่างน้อยเข้ามารับทราบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นภายใน 2 สัปดาห์) โดยนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่มาทดแทนให้ หรือรับประกันการซ่อมอุปกรณ์โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายและต้องสามารถซ่อมให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้เท่าเทียมกับคุณสมบัติของอุปกรณ์ที่ผ่านการตรวจรับเมื่อครั้ง สทป.ได้รับการส่งมอบมาในครั้งแรก ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการซ่อมให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 90 วันนับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้รับอุปกรณ์คืนไปจาก สทป. หรือภายในเวลาที่ผู้ใช้งาน/ผู้ครอบครองอุปกรณ์นั้นๆ ของ สทป.เห็นสมควร/เห็นตรงกัน และจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการซ่อมบำรุง/แก้ไขปัญหาให้ สทป.ได้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับตั้งแต่วันที่ผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบอุปกรณ์ฯ ให้ สทป. และผู้ขายจะต้องจัดการหรือสนับสนุนการซ่อมบำรุงชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ต่างๆ ให้แก่ สทป.(อาจใช้ งบประมาณของ สทป.ในการซ่อมบำรุง) ได้ภายในเวลา 10 ปี หลังวันที่ผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบระบบฯ ให้ สทป. ไปแล้ว 1 ปี
