บริษัทที่พวกข้าพเจ้าได้เข้าไปฝึกงานคือ บริษัท รวมเกษตรกรอุตสาหกรรม จํากัด (มิตรภูเวียง) ในแผนกผลิตภัณฑ์พิเศษ โดยบริษัทรวมเกษตรกรอุตสาหกรรมนี้เป็นบริษัทที่ผลิตน้ำตาลและไฟฟ้า โดยแผนกที่ได้ทำการฝึกงานนั้นได้ทำการผลิตน้ำตาลธรรมชาติและน้ำตาลทรายแดง ระยะเวลาในการฝึกงานเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน ถึง 17 กรกฎาคม 2558 โดยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายนั้นจะมีด้วยกันสองงานหลักๆ งานแรกคือการบันทึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของน้ำตาลทรายแดงจากกราฟ โดยเป็นการบันทึกข้อมูลการเตรียมน้ำเชื่อม การเคี่ยว การปั่นและการคัดขนาด แล้วนำมาสร้างกราฟเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ดูเวลาที่ใช้ในกระบวนการ ส่วนงานที่สองจะเป็นงานที่ทำเกี่ยวกับการทดลองเพิ่มค่าสีของน้ำตาลทรายแดง โดยเป็นการนำคาราเมลมาผสมในกระบวนการผลิตน้ำตาลทรายแดงเพื่อเพิ่มค่าสีให้ได้ตามที่ต้องการ
