สัญญาย่อมระงับและสิ้นสุดลงเมื่อ “ผู้ขออนุญาต” ละเลย หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ดังกล่าวข้างต้น ซึ่ง “ผู้อนุญาต” มีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญานี้ได้ทันทีหาก “ผู้ขออนุญาต” ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบหรือเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาฉบับนี้
