Rheem has run out of capacitors due to large number of field replacements and the demand for heat pump heaters increasing above the planned forecast.



Therefore, Rheem requests Siam to organise for the capacitors on this order to be sent by air freight via Panalpina, EXW 18/08/14.



Capacitors can be taken from PO 4100 165 781 planned to despatch next week and balance of the remaining parts on PO 4100 165 781 send by sea as planned.



Furthermore, Siam is requested to pull forward deliveries of all capacitors on order with Siam and sea freight when available, therefore, capacitors can be sent by sea before the compressor and accessories.



Please confirm earliest available EXW date for the open orders for capacitors , therefore:
